I have only used this maybe 15 times and the velcro is already completely fuzzy and won't stick to the rough side of the velcro anymore. It has worked well for the times I have used it, I just wish it was a little higher quality for almost $13. It works great for my use - I bring it to my gym (because we don't have any) and use it for cable kickbacks/donkey kicks. My only complaint is that the velcro wore down super fast and if you don't place it exactly front facing on your ankle, I've noticed that the side metal part digs into your ankle sometimes. For moderate use, it is a good purchase. If you are planning to use it multiple times a week, maybe save your money and invest in a more expensive pair of two instead of just the one.

Bought it about 2 months ago and it is still in good condition. Highly reccomend
