Works great for allergies!
This works great for seasonal allergies! It lasts me about 4hrs, so it is taken 2x a day, like the bottle says. I’m so glad to have found something for my HORRIBLE seasonal allergies that works, but doesn’t make you drowsy or depressed like traditional allergy meds. Take care in paying attention to the amount of Quercetin from foods you eat in your diet when on this, it is possible to have too much especially if you have thyroid issues. This isn’t medical advice, but a suggestion to check with your doctor first if you have thyroid issues or other issues before taking this. Always good to check!
