Decent value, Respectable brand just hard to swallow.

These tablets are literally huge ,they also have a strong smell which only helps if you’re looking for your throat to tighten up . Their ... uhm fragrant odor makes it that much harder to take the darn supplement . The first time I attempted to swallow one of these things , it got stuck in my neck and I literally almost choked hacking it back up .It DID come back up by the way , and by doing so ,it left my throat sore for hours afterwards.So do yourself a favor : only buy these if you’re able and willing to swallow boulders .I tried these so that you wouldn’t have to .You’re welcome !!!With this being said , Amazon was also asking me about their absorbency and/or efficiency, as if a regular consumer could tell you about that ? I am in no position to rate something like that , only a doctor can . Get real , people !

Excellent product at a reasonable price. After learning that calcium carbonate and calcium citrate are very difficult for the body to absorb and can negatively effect your digestive processes, I did some research and decided to try this brand which contains calcium from red algae and includes the extras that will increase absorption. Of course, I will not know how effective it is until I go for my next bone density test. However, after using this for only a week at 1/2 the recommended dosage, I have notice the nagging neck pain that I have had from the osteoporosis in my neck has disappeared. I also no longer have problems with gas or constipation. I am amazed and thrilled with the supplement.
