The team who went in our place are very honest and knowledgeable, we highly appreciate their time in answering our queries competently.For us the option of having a countertop filter without any drilling and easy installation is a great plus, tankless option that allows us not to worry about cleaning and maintaining tank for time to time is a good advantage. Our place in Dubai had clean water system however for more peace of mind we opted for additional filter at home. We were given tips as to just use regular cool water directly from the faucet and not to use hot water system that might affect the machine. Its just been installed and so for water is okay, will be testing it for a week and will be updating this review further next time.
