As for the product itself, I am happy I decided to try liquid biotin. Last time I tried biotin in this strength was 8 years ago in the pill form and it broke me out terribly- I had to go see a dermatologist. I am glad this hasn’t done that but it also could be the way I gradually introduced it into my body. Its been a month and I haven’t seen any observable difference in my nails but the hair on my body especially my eyebrows are growing like crazy. I have also noticed that my eyelashes have been growing which is a huge plus for me and I naturally have shirt and sparse eyelashes which were made worse by extensions.
