A few people wrote negative reviews saying this does not help focus but it did help anxiety. I found myself bombarded with anxious thoughts so I decided to go for it. It had nearly an immediate effect which made me worry that it was really the placebo effect. Until one afternoon I realized the barrage of anxious thoughts were back and I thought ‘oh wow it’s been a few days since I experienced this’. And then I realized … I hadn’t put the patch on that day. It happened again a few days later, and that time I ran for my life to get the patch back on. This is not placebo effect. And it’s not confirmation bias. I do caution that people make sure they go through professional assistance and medical guidance for mental health struggles. I just came to find that certain natural aids work to balance my brain functions from autoimmune shenanigans. If this doesn’t work for you, it doesn’t mean that this is a flimsy product. It just means that you need additional medical guidance. Always start with your doctor!I stick this under my Apple Watch band on my wrist. Through workouts in the sauna, it has shifted from drenched sweat, but it has stayed on. I think the effects are worth putting it under a watch band or something if you’re finding that it moves too much. No irritation for me.

I was skeptical but they actually work. I can tell a different in energy when I am wearing them.

My son was diagnosed this year with ADHD where he was struggling at school to focus and start tasks. Before jumping into the medication route, we wanted to explore more natural route. First, we wanted to get more involved in his nutrition. He has used these focus patches for the past six months and he has an increase in his focus at school. Only downfall is sometimes they itch him when he is sweaty. Overall we are happy with the effectiveness. Easy way to get the vitamins he needs.

It is literally just a bandage cut into a square. There is no medicine on it.... I am super disappointed.....it doesn't smell like any of the ingredients.... Only adhesive. I really really was hoping this would work as i am waiting to be tested for ADHD next month

I have found that I am able to focus on things longer since using these patches, but the adhesive stays behind when removing the patch. It also itches while wearing it. It could be a sensitivity on my part, but it's worth noting.

Easy to put on. Not sure if it’s doing much yet. Need to wear longer to get the therapeutic benefits. It’s small, easy to use and isn’t hard to remove. It’s not instant, so need to wear longer to see its effect.

Came timely, always the same strengths, effective for what you wanted. I’m a big fan!
