So far so good! Only used a few time, and have no complaints. VERY easy to clean---just wiped with a wet scrubby--, pizza's did not burn on the bottom at all. Crust was crispy, and internal pizza was perfect. Pan stayed flat, did not twist due to the heat like regular pans.When we used it for fries, got a good result. No sticking, and came out crispy (although we usually use the Gotham crisper for fries).When I bake cookies, I'll update results.

This product was wonderful at first -- until it had been used a few times. Now, it is sticky after every use and difficult to clean. Has to be scrubbed because the dishwasher just bakes residue on worse than before. (And yes, I followed all the instructions.) I only wish I had waited to purchase more from this line, as I now own quite a few pieces and am quite sure they will all end up the same way.

Best Pan I have every had wish I had of had one years ago alot of years ago It is the only cookie pan I use for alot of things and there Muffins Pan us awesome the muffins just Fall Out done perfect just made 5 dozen Pumpkin Muffins using it and they were perfect neighbour Loved them thanks

Seems to be solidly constructed and enough room for a small pizza to fit on the tray as well.A bit pricey overall compared to other similar products, but all good otherwise.

After 10 days :Cookies do not stick. GreatCroissants do not stick. GreatCheese does not stick. GreatCake.... Failed. Stick as you can see in the picture.And the grill from the oven start removing the ceramic below the sheet...EDIT : After 2 weeks : The sheet bent over 400 degrees. So I cannot recommend it. Avoid this brand, does not worked as advertised.
