It's handy of several every day workshop necessities. We're only limited by OUR ability to learn how to use IT. Each week I select a different function on the tool and then try and learn how to propery apply it to different situations around the shop and home. What I've been able to solve and "resolve" has been noteworthy! This little tool is a powder keg of application and resolve! This is the perfect gift for that guy who has everything. It's under $10 and chances are he doesn't already have one... But, he could sure use one. ;) Review: Well-made gage. - This gauge is well-made with clear and precise markings. The movable beam is riveted tightly to the gage body making it stiff to rotate, but it will loosen with use. I do, however, wish that the body of the gage was made of slightly thicker steel as it measures about .030".
