Bottle was busted, easy return. Smelled awful, but I could tell it was good quality.

This is going to last me years.DO USE GLOVES AND EYE COVERING. YOU DO NOT WANT ONE DROP off this in your eyeball. It burned my skin, too. First time using it, I wasn't as careful as they clearly tell you to be. Oh, I've learned now. This is great for so many things. Check out you tube videos all about neem oil and the garden and the pets and you. I recommend this and I recommend you use gloves and safety glasses. Thank you.

Very good product

I bought this for my indoor hydroponic peppers after I carelessly brought aphids in with an overwintering outside plant. I used a gallon or so and realized it was doing nothing. I double checked the mixing instructions and then decided to double it. After that I noticed my aphid population in decline. Give that a try if it doesn't work for you, but take that "makes 12 gallons" with a huge grain of salt.

This arrived today, attempted to use it. MAJOR ISSUE is the container. It’s a plastic bottle with plastic cap, BUT there is an inner plug in the neck of the bottle. This plug has a ridge on the top to pull it out. It isn’t threaded. I had to try pulling it out wit needle nose pliers. As hard as I pulled it kept pulling itself back into the bottle! Had to grip it firmly and keep pulling, eventually with brute force it pulled out, spewing sticky Neem oil all over my counter top! Made a real mess which I had to clean up with repeated use of Formula 409 cleaner, and excessive amounts of paper towels. What a waste of resources! And lost about 1/3 of the product I bought as a result of this faulty design. Needless to say I would likely buy this product from another manufacturer next time! Sprayed it on my plants, and waiting to see if it eliminates insect damage as advertised. If it works as advertised I will post an update. On the plus side it did mix well with very warm water, and the dish soap I used. Additionally very sparse instructions on the bottle, like it it advisable to reinsert the offensive inner cap, or discard it after initially opening the bottle? I chose this brand as it came in a small bottle since my first time trying insecticidal soap.
