I liked the packaging as it is environmentally friendly. Also price is right. Pills look OK. However, it smells very fishy out of the packaging compared to other quality brands. Good things is that it has no fishy aftertaste. Overall, reasonable value for money.

Astaxanthin dosage is very low to make any result.

I finally found supplement my husband will take. He hates taking any omega/oil supplements because they either smell or taste fishy to him, so I've been on the hunt for something he won't complain about. This is shockingly it. When you open the bag you can smell a slight fishy odor, but having one or two pills in your hand oddly smells kind of like chocolate to us. It's weird, but it's not unpleasant. The capsule is very thick and doesn't cause any upset stomach or burping. It passes my husband's sensitive nose and stomach so this is the brand we will stick with.

I've purchased many times. This product doesn't have the fishy after taste. I do like the way it smells when I open the bag.

I don't like taking the humongous fish oil pills and these are the perfect size plus they have astaxanthin for eye health. Won't know if it helped elevated lipids till next blood draw

This did make me look tanner after only a couple days. But after a little research, which suggests taking 4-12 mg of astaxanthin per day, I realized 2 servings of this doesn’t even have 1 mg. Probably why it is so affordable. If you’re buying this for skin complexion, it works great. But if you’re buying it for any other benefits, I would look for a higher potency brand.

My doctor wants me to take 2,000 mg of krill oil daily. I tried a different brand with one 2,000 mg capsule and gave it up after a few weeks due to it causing major indigestion and the dreaded "fish burps". After researching reviews of other krill oil products I decided to give this brand a try and happy to report I've been using this product for about 2 weeks, taking one 1,000mg twice a day, and have absolutely NO unpleasant side effects. Yes, there's a slight fishy odor when opening the package but the capsule is tasteless. Would recommend trying this if you have an intolerance to other krill oil products
