Deliciously creamy, easy to make, not overly sweet. Wonderful dessert for any occasion. Highly recommend a dusting of nutmeg.Egg Custard is no longer stocked on the shelves of stores in America so I was happy to see this Import from England on Amazon.

Excellent product - tastes just like the custard my grandmother made from scratch.

I just made this product and I'm fairly happy with the taste of it. I feel like the Jello Custard mix that is no longer available had a little better flavor but this isn't bad. I added 1 egg yoke as I used to do with the Jello mix and it turned out fine. This mix is easy to make and takes about 1 hour of chilling time to set up.

This is the only true egg custard mix I can find ANYWHERE, so I’m thankful for it! It cooks up to be a very smooth custard which, when cooked, gets that “skin” on top, which I love with nutmeg sprinkled on it. It’s not overly sweet…just perfect.Note: when it comes to a boil, it r EXPANDS big time!!! So be sure you are using a pot to allow for it to bubble up 3 times higher than the fluid level!!I pray this custard never goes away!

I have a recipe for dinner rolls that calls for a box of Jell-O custard. Since they discontinued it, I have not been able to find a reasonable substitute. Since my kids complained at Thanksgiving, I decided to give this one a try. Although it might not be quite as good, as with the Jell-O mix, it is still very close! I am so glad that I found it!

This product filled a void in baking ingredients that i was experiencing.the custard works perfectly in my recipes calling for custard.

The only Egg Custard Mix I could find in 2022.Not Instant Egg Custard.Is weak in Flavor and Firmness when mixed as the box describes.I tried it once using 2 Cups of 2% milk and the result was thin and low on taste.Next time 1.5 cups only.Product does not meet my expectations.

After Jell-o stopped manufacturing, I had told myself what led to their discontinuing such a fine desert? Years later, I felt the urge to shop Amazon. I was glad to see that Green was selling their fine Egg Custard filling. I follow the directions, and do not add eggs nor nutmeg, nor pour this delicious food into a pie. Pour custard into a bowl as I do.
