I bought this to cushion my car seat but I found it totally unusable on cars due to many reasons. First its too thick and too hard, it will elevate you to the extent that your head touches the car roof (I drive a huge Nissan Armada by the way). Another reason is that the cushion is very unstable and shifts with every turn. Overall it was extremely uncomfortable and I could not even drive the car sitting on this. I still feel pain in my thighs from sitting on this. It might be more suitable for office seats than car seats but would never recommend it for a car
