Does it cover grey/ white hair? How long does it last? Does irb have a scent?

The keratin color covers grey. It lasts about 4-6 wks. I love Schwartzkopf products. Excellent quality. This hair color does not cause damage. I love the Ultiime color because it adds a beautiful shine but the grey coverage isn’t quite there...and the box clearly doesn’t advertise grey coverage. On the Keratin, it does cover and the color is very nice.

Do I need to bleach my dark brown hair before using the 9.89 crimson dye?

Nope, first dye I didn't have to bleach first! I love it, one step and done!

Could I use just one box, or are multiple needed?

It depens on how much hair you have.
