Q: Is this powder truly translucent? Meaning there is no added sparkle!

No sparkle at all. It is a white powder that is translucent when applied.

Q: I have very dry skin can I use it ? Will it cause more dryness?

I have very dry skin as well. Personally, I don't think it causes driER skin. However, I also don't use it all the time. I would imagine that if you were to use it daily, it could cause your skin to dry out more than usual.

Q: Is it glittery loose powder?

No. It's matte. I dust my face before I apply mineral powder makeup, or AFTER I apply a moist makeup. LOVE IT!

Q: Does it have flashback

Yes yes yes. Ruined all the night pictures I took recently at a wedding.
