Does this work on a tarmac driveway with motor oil stains?

Have not tried for that, but would think not.

Are their strong fumes emitted when using this? I am trying to decide whether to use this or muriatic acid.

I used a cheapy mask when I applied it and was fine. It definitely throws off funes but nothing too crazy
