I'm 99.99% sure it's boar hair. Just about EVERY dry brush uses boar hair and this brush advertises itself as "natural" -- when you see something with bristles (like makeup brushes) and it says it's natural, it's animal hair. Usually if it's synthetic they will say so in the description. The ONLY dry brush I've found with synthetic bristles is made by Ecotools.Also, to politely inform those who don't know, vegan just means no animal products. You'll see "100% Vegan" on a product's label from time to time. **Q: Some people apparently received instructions. I did not and would appreciate knowing where they are available, especially re. references to brushing** A: 1. Brush once a day, with a light touch in sensitive areas (stomach and thighs) and more pressure in tougher areas (feet, knees, and elbows) using circular motions.
