No support. Avoid. *by D***R on Reviewed in the United States on April 16, 2017* Someone broke into our car, which is rotten. We had footage of it, which we figured was great. Until we tried to actually get the footage out of this DVR and onto, say, a flash drive or CD that we could hand over to the local constabulary.There's no obvious way to send data to, say, a USB stick you plug in - I'm not certain you can actually do it.You can set up an FTP server to upload to, but it's unclear what's actually uploaded. After setting up an FTP server on a spare machine, I was still unable to actually get any data to upload.The built-in website uses QuickTime, software which is blacklisted by both firefox and chrome due to its well-known security vulnerabilities - no go there.I eventually took the hard drive out, purchased an enclosure so I could connect it via USB to my computer -- and it uses some unknown filesystem to store data. After spending an hour or two in Windows, then another few hours in a linux virtual machine created specifically for this purpose, I was unable to read a single bit of data.So I can watch the video of someone breaking into my car using the DVR, and that's it. Don't waste your money here. I'd avoid anything that says "KAREye" on it.Caveat emptor. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Meh. *by N***D on Reviewed in the United States on October 24, 2016* I gave this 3 stars because the remote application sucks a giant enispe. It times out constantly. Also, let's say you choose 1AM on the recording timeline. It will immediately jump an hour ahead to 2am. It does this on every time chosen.The camera quality is is great. The picture quality is good. If this thing had a better app I would give it more stars.
