One of the best products ever purchased to help with severe plantar fasciitis. Have given them to 3 other friends which made a huge difference in their lives by relieving much of the pain in their feet!

I wanted to match the pair of Silipos heel cups my doctor gave me. I studied the images and text for a long time. I finally decided that they looked the same. HOWEVER, when I received them the lift in the heel was about HALF what was shown and in the text. Very disappointing and, I believe, deceptive.

These were recommended by the doctor and they worked out well.

These inserts have made it so I can play tennis again without being practically crippled the next morning, unable to put any pressure on my heel. If you have plantar fasciitis, get a pair of these. The cushioning is wonderful, though you should probably also get shoe inserts with arch support (I recommend Sole brand). Also, you can Google "taping plantar fasciitis" to read how to tape your foot and heel before engaging in athletic activities. The combination of these three has made an *enormous* difference for me. I didn't have the problem other reviewers had regarding the inserts sliding up.

Bought them for the wrong reasons. Use them because they feel real good on my heels. Though a bit sticky when it comes to picking up grit and grass.

My 13 year old son suffers with plantar fasciitis and has used heel insert products purchased in the drug store for about a year and a half. Purchased these inserts and they are miles above the rest. A lot more cushion! He hasn't complained about his heel since he got them. He has two pair, one for everyday shoes, and one pair for athletic shoes. Definitely worth the extra money.
