I LOVE this stuff, I mixed it with some himalayan salt and purified water, put it in a brown glass nose pray bottle and it helps my sinuses. Also will take by mouth if I feel a cold come on and it seems to cut it off quickly. I also use it on my lil Chihuahua when her tummy has issues and she is better in abt 20 min. I also put it on cuts and all better. Now to me it tastes metallic and is yucky, but to feel better.....I don't care abt that. Just down some water and that goes away. I love this stuff.
