I got these to wear while I’m on the bike with my hubby. I tried them out at home before we went out. They may be great but the binding around the legs absorbed the urine. It went thru to my jeans. It wasn’t even a little pee. It was leakage pee. This is totally not what I needed. These are way to expensive for it not to work. I can’t tell you how disappointed I am. I will be sending them back ASAP

These run very small! I could not get them on, uncomfortable. Consequently I was not able to rate absorbency or leakage.

I bought the 0.5oz absorbency and they still leaked through.

Haven't used the product yet but the sizes run small. Ordered the 3x and it was too small for my mom so I ordered the 6x and 8x and they all seem the same. I mean, an 8x should be able to fit just about anyone... I wear a 24 pants and I barely fit.

Love the underwear But WHY do they sew a tag of plastic in the side seam either you rip out an see back up or try to cut tag without cutting the seam or just be uncomfortableby the tag!

these work for me, especially for overnight, but as others have said they run pretty small. i ordered a size up and they just fit.
