I use nothing else for pizza anymore
Yes, I am completely sold on cast iron, but this is probably the most used pan in my house now. I have only reseasoned it once, but that is because I am so anal about the cooking surface. You literally can wipe it down with a moistened paper towel and re-oil it after every use. You do not need to scrub at all because the oils from the pizza actually help coat the surface. Now for the cooking quality! I love a nice crispy crust on a thin crust pizza. I use frozen pizza a lot (Dr. Oetker) and this pan cooks PERFECTLY, to the center. I have used cooking stones, aluminum pans and all kinds of solutions and NOTHING beats this pan in uniform heating. I cannot say enough about the quality of the pizza that comes out of the oven. One caution is that I use extremely high heat, so there is smoking from the oil coating that I keep on the pan, but that is my fault. I am sure that lower heat would not smoke as much, but I do love a crispy pizza. One the greatest assets of my kitchen!

SCRATCHED UP MY GLASS INDUCTION STOVE!
I was extremely upset with this. I bought it to use on my induction cooktop and to be on the safe side, I used a magnetic induction rubber diffuser protector to safeguard my pristine glass. So what happened? It melted the magnetic diffuser right onto the glass and it further scratched up my cook stop right through the protector. I am extremely upset about this. My stove cost almost $5,000 2 yrs ago and the glass surface was in MINT condition. Now it’s all scratched up. I am absolutely livid. I was able to make a paste of baking soda and vinegar and gently swirled it around the affected area that had become dull(!). I did this twice and it actually worked to remove the marks but the scratches are still there. The company pamphlet says they will only be liable for the cost of the cookware. Utter nonsense!

I can make lentil crepes (dosa) thin and crisp.
This is an awesome product!! Even distribution of heat, easy y to o use and clean. I still oil and season it before I store it away. Good buy and I am very pleased by the quality.

Love this
As I have an induction stove top, this cast iron baking pan works very well. I like to make roti and, in particular, bust up shut roti I first tasted in Trinidad Tobago. The size of the baking pan and it's ability to keep hot is very convenient for any flat bread including tortillas.

Excellent cast iron
Excellent cast iron at this price. I didn’t bake pizza yet but at my first use , cooked Omelettes and crepes and man so good is the easy flipping and the natural non stick. Execellent heat retention. I am using it in gas stove. It’s so versatile . I am loving it
