I originally posted a negative review about this product but I have to hold my hands up and say it was my fault the volume button wasn't working. I didn't follow the instructions properly. Now that I have correctly followed the instructions all is good.Sorry for any inconvenience and being negative....Would recommend......

Do not buy - buttons unresponsive
Very poor! Do not buy!Buttons as unresponsive, you have to squeeze them really hard to get any response out of them.Complete waste of money.Wish I read the other reviews before purchasing, don’t make the same mistake as me!Spend more money and get one that works, that’s what I am going to have to do now.I am going to try and return this one for a refund.

Check if this remote will work your tv
I have a Sony tv and certain controls that this remote will not work -volume, channel changing. I need to use my tv remote to operate them. The buttons are very sensitive, meaning I need to be very quick with the pressure on the buttons.
