The book is a personal collection of recipes with no reference to any country in the Gulf.apart from that Iit is surprising to find recipes that include bacon, as pork meet is not permissible neither in Indian cuisine nor gulf cuisine.it only shows that there was no editor to this book either.I do not recommend buying it.
