Great read, clear, easy-to-follow introduction to Lean/Kanban ways of working.

Sencillamente, imposible de leer, si tu nivel de inglés no es muy alto, repito, muy alto, perderás 15 minutos por página buscando en el diccionario, cada dos renglones un palabro indescifrable. Llevo más de 10 años leyendo libros técnicos en inglés, y es el único que he abandonado por la desesperación. Curioso, un libro que te habla de los ladrones del tiempo, y menciona uno como el Context Switching. Leer este libro es un claro ejemplo, me he pasado más tiempo buscando en el diccionario el significado de las palabras más rebuscadas que esta señora ha podido encontrar. Leyendo el libro, cuando intentas comprender algo, te das cuenta que nada tiene sentido debido al ir y venir al diccionario, la lectura no es nada fluida. Es como dar a leer el Quijote en castellano a un inglés. ABSOLUTAMENTE DESESPERANTE

I bought this book as suggested to me, for managing communication through an organization. Trying to figure out the best way to decipher signal from noise. This book just showed how to create more noise. Summarizing and uplevelling the telemetry into risk vs information, or early actionable warnings is the hard part. I’m open to suggestions on any book that might help

Practical and fun to read with lots of examples. Great for beginners and ever for more experimented people, as we can use it as easy reference material. Excellent for Product Owners, Agile Coaches and anyone interested in making work visible and efficient.
