I like to use a brush
Many professional car cleaners do not recommend using a brush as it can cause scratches on car paint work, however, I am more concerned with a clean car than tiny scratches and do not go into "detailing" of paintwork.I use this item with a Karcher K5 pressure washer for the following cleaning regime:+. Power wash+. Snow foam+. Rinse using a brush - THIS BRUSH+. Mit and warm soapy water+. Power wash+. Chamois+. occasional polish - usually once a year using an Autoglym resin product.Works fine for me. These buses are hard wearing and partner well with the Karcher pressure washer systems, particularly when combined with a soap product. I have tried using the soap dispenser option on my Karcher washer, but find that it uses far too much detergent, that is why I prefer to apply snow foam first.Great product and at less than £9.00 are a great buy. RECOMMENDED.

Easier than a traditional sponge and bucket, but it uses an awful lot of water
This brush has soft-ish bristles of a decent length. It doesn't scratch the paintwork of my car, and can reach places that are hard to ge to with a sponge. It is designed to be used with the Kärcher pressure washers, but what isn't immediately obvious is that when the brush is attached to the washer's trigger handle, the whole assembly is long and ungainly. The brush does not rotate on the trigger handle, and its handle is completely rigid, so it's hard to manoeuvre. Moreover, on the Kärcher it uses a colossal amout of water, and the flow rate does not seem to be adjustable. If you're using it with detergent, expect to use about a half-litre of detergent in a couple of minutes. It would be better, perhaps, to spray detergent first, and then use the brush with clean water afterwards. On the whole, the brush and the Kärcher washer together don't produce a better result than a sponge in a bucket of hot, soapy water; but the Kärcher way is a bit quicker.

Zero Pressure - useless!
Pressure? there is ZERO pressure with this useless brush. There is negligible difference between the water flow out of this brush with the Karcher on or off. It trickles out and has no effect on the dirt. You are just as well off strapping a brush to your hosepipe. Waste of the Karcher name... an utterly nonsensical product.

Perfect for use right after foaming the car.
Ideal attachment for use right after you soap the car up. Using this brush with the pressure washer is perfect for breaking off the road grime and is better than just foaming the car then pressure washing off the soap with the normal lance attachment. It doesn't offer any restriction to the flow, so it offers a gentle water stream (normal hose flow) if you activate the lance while using it if you need a little extra water while cleaning. I thought I might regret not buying the fancy rotating brush attachment instead of this much cheaper one, but I have had no regrets.

Brush off!
Having tried it twice I find it absolutely useless. When it is attached to the pistol grip there is no flexibilty at the brush head so you can't easily twist it into the many crooks and crannies needed on a car, the wheels are a nightmare! I used it, as a hand held item, whilst playing water over the car, however, I find it a lot of money when my £3 B & Q car brush does a better job! I guess its the bin!!
