Does this come with rechargeable batteries?

You can use CR123 lithium batteries in this (non-rechargeable) or 18650 lithium ion (rechargeable) batteries. You do not have to buy the Streamlight brand 18650 batteries. You can use aftermarket 18650 batteries, although you should do your research and buy QUALITY batteries because many are junk, many are dangerous, and many are recycled laptop batteries out of China.

Will this fit in your pocket comfortably?

Yes, and as a bonus if you wear slim pants...women will mistake it for your penissshhh...you will 100% get lucky if you put this in your pocket. Unfortunately if you live in California...they just passed legislation prohibiting flashlights longer than 3.2 inches...better double check before ordering

Does this use button top 18650 batteries?

I use 18650 rechargeables in mine. When they get near bottom of charge, light dims and then quits entirely. I avoid charging partially-drained batteries.
