Probably 100mg is not potent enough because after 2 months of taking it daily I've seen no changes in my immunity - this being the reason I took it.

Unfortunately, I immediately developed twitching and tingling sensation all over my body as if I was electrocuted, ever sense taking it, I developed other symptoms and that is just after taking 1 pill and stopping, I should go to a doctor as soon as possible, I'm really scared.

I ordered this over a month ago as I had high liver enzymes ALT 158 U/L when I had my routine blood test. I’m on my early 30s, I don’t drink, I don’t have any vices but unfortunately for unknown reason my liver enzyme results came back suboptimal. I took 1 tablet daily for the 1st wk and increased the dose to 2 tablets per day. After 5weeks of taking this Glutathione tablet my ALT went down to normal level! My result today showing ALT of 17 U/L, the rest of my liver function test results bilirubin, ALP, and albumin all within the recommended target. I just ordered 2 new bottles couple of days I am planning to continue taking this for maintenance. A bit expensive, how I wish it will cost a little less per bottle. Overall, great product. I have quite the story to share of why at just 23 years old I take a supplement as powerful as this, and how it helps me in such marvelous ways. 5 months ago, I was prescribed ciprofloxacin for an infection. I took just 1 pill and it caused a horrible chain reaction throughout my body known as fluoroquinolone toxicity. I am 23 years old and I felt like I had suddenly become 80, and this is no exaggeration, I was lucky to not become paralyzed or have my achilles tendons rupture as is known to happen. As the few doctors I went to had no knowledge of this disease or how to treat it, I had to tackle it myself with the help of the thousands of others available in online support groups, also forced to tackle it themselves. I steadily built up a regimen of recommended supplements to overcome the tendon pain, brain fog, peripheral neuropathy, and many other symptoms. Through my research I found that fluoroquinolones can drastically reduce natural glutathione supply through mitochondrial dysfunction releasing reactive oxygen species (ROS). I had built up many other antioxidants into my regimen, including Pterostilbene also from Double Wood. All of these helped me greatly, but none helped me as much as the S-acetyl L-glutathione. This supplement has completely turned this disease around for me, reducing symptoms and their frequency greatly. I had previously tried NAC, whey protein, and liposomal glutathione as alternative therapies, but they did not perform nearly as well. With this supplement, I see much better results and have absolutely gotten rid of my peripheral neuropathy, brain fog, dry skin, fatigue, and and many other symptoms. As fluoroquinolone toxicity is basically advanced aging due to reactive oxygen species attacking the body constantly, I can say that for me this is truly the ultimate anti-aging pill. The benefits over liposomal glutathione as I understand them - the acetyl group is attached to the sulfur atom of cysteine which protects all of the glutathione from digestion and allows it to get naturally deacetylated in the cells. This means that the sulfur-carrying amino acids cannot be broken up, which protects against glutamate/GABA balance issues (NAC and liposomal glutathione excited my peripheral neuropathy, where this does not) and genetic sulfur sensitivity. Anyone who feels like they are just getting too old too fast (joint pain, dry skin, mental issues, fatigue), I would highly recommend this supplement. As a second anti-aging recommendation, I would include Double Wood's Pterostilbene combined with nicotinamide riboside, which has been proven to increase NAD+ levels in a study titled "Repeat dose NRPT increases NAD+ levels in humans safely and sustainably".
