I have close to 100 houses and accessories, my aunt collects too and has close to 500. Out of all these pieces this is the one I have most disappointed in. I have the house and RV from Christmas vacation so my husband thought this would be a cute addition. The piece looks extremely cheaply made for the price. Santa and the reindeer are a hard plastic and when they spin around, move very oddly because of the weight to the pole. the trees didnt fit in the holes are the base. Sending back and buying a house that is the same cost as this one small piece was. Compared to the quality of every other piece I have seen this one really fell through the cracks

Original item was damaged upon arrival and returned. The replacement has been fantastic. I put the village up at the beginning of November and left it up until January and had no issues after two full months of daily use. I would have preferred if the trees actually lit up, but I was aware they did not. I added a set of Department 56 mini-LEDs to give it the look I wanted. **Updated 2016...This piece will no longer work. Very disappointed...this design is clearly defective!
