I don't know the dimension, but I put it on my 2001 chevy silverado 5.3 Z71 and I've pulled my toy hauler thats dry weight is 6300 pounds from Cali to New Mexico pass thru the Grand Canyon and climb about 8,000 elevation with no problem, in other words it works great.

Q: "low pressure drop" what does it mean or whats the difference between this and a regular cooler?

I'm not completely sure, but I think the LPD refers to the pressure difference going in and coming out of the cooler. Automatic transmissions use a certain line pressure to operate the mechanical spool valves in the valve body, so a large pressure drop would cause incorrect shifting. I used this cooler in my 1500 GMC pickup because I have a modified performance trans and it gets up to 120 here in the summer. It definitely seems to be helping. A LOT of the GMC/Chevy performance guys run this cooler. I would definitely recommend it.

Q: I want to install this on a 2009 ford f250 power stroke diesel 6.4L. Does this have large enough tubing to work? If not do you have a recommendation?

I installed this on a 2003 F350 7.3L and it fit perfect and does a great job keeping my tranny cool. You can install any size brass fitting that you need to match your hose size. It was a quick and easy install on my 2003. I put it behind my grill in front of all of the other coolers, condenser and radiator. The tubing is large enough to handle your needs. I think it is the best after market cooler you can get.

Q: Will it fit on Escalade 2002 6.0 ?

I installed one on a 2002 escalade, you need to use the brackets to make it fit and move the temp snesor over some. but its doable for a novice.
