The taste is ok, I have added to water and juice, I've been taking it for 3 day, 1 Tablespn. today I have plenty of energy, I'm usually able to only walk 25- 28 min 3 laps on my treadmill, BUT TODAY i walked 12 1/2 laps burned 414 calories and did it in 60 mins. And I'm still full of energy!!!

the item only had a thin layer of plastic around the cap and it was unsealed, i came right off like it was tampered with...this item can not be returned and i would like a refund
