Ordered 2 . Each was in seperated boxes. However one of the boxes was not sealed well and there was NO air pump!! The other one was with air pump. Resr ok and product same as picture.

This is a great product, we used at school initially to help our son who struggled to sit down during carpet time, and they have said it has helped him massively that we have now purchased another one to help him focus at home doing homework etc. it’s great quality, thick, comfortable and easy to use.
