I never write reviews but i had to for this cane. I recently had major back surgery and needed something sturdy and supportive once I was able to graduate from the walker. This cane is a one stop shop and I am so pleased I decided to take a chance on it. The bottom gripper is super helpful in catching the ground for upcoming steps and follow through. The extra handle is my favorite, which has offered much support in getting up from a seated position, but also I use it to simply rest on it bending over and as part of my therapy. I never thought I would use the flash light but turns out, I use it all the time in navigating a dark hallway, midnight stroll to the restroom, finding key holes, or just looking for the dang remote. My first go with it, I thought it was a little light and would crumble if I put all my weight on it, but let me tell you - it has proved me wrong!! This light thing may look alittle puney, but it holds grown men. I also thought it was too short, but a simple push of the button, I was able to find the perfect height. I have also dropped this thing atleast 20 times, not only no damage, but I don't have to ask for anyone's help to pick it up. I literally step on the end and it comes right back to me!!! This cane has been a life saver and if your looking for a cane that offers great support, that's light, easy to manage and tuck away, and one that comes with a huuuge bonus of having an extra handle, search no further - you have found it!!! I am sold on it and buying another for my mother-in-law. Also, be prepared to share where you got it. Four people have already purchased it just from trying mine. This thing is awesome!!! Don't be peanut butter and jealous, go buy one for yourself 😀

The handle for pulling up is nice as is the light. It adjusts & folds up but isn't as sturdy as I had hoped.

I recently purchased this cane and feel very secure using it. I am not steady on my feet and thought a quad cane would be the best solution. However, I almost tripped while walking with it so decided to try this cane. It has a much smaller base to offer support and does not interfere with my walking. Even though the instructions and video are clear, I still had questions so I emailed SUEH as they suggest with a promise of a quick response. To my surprise, I received a detailed email the next day. The Customer Service is the best I have ever experienced. The light comes with an extra battery which I did not know. I learned that from my email exchange with their Customer Service. Some of the canes do not even include a battery and this one comes with two. The second handle makes it easier to get up from a sitting position which I also appreciate. I am very happy with my purchase and wholeheartedly recommend this cane. However, should you have any questions or concerns, you can be sure that their Customer Service team will respond right away and make things right for you. They really care and want you to be happy.

handle could thicker

It's great! Right now it's all icy out so I tried to replace the bottom with an ice-ready tip I got off Amazon as well, but I'm not sure you can replace them? If I don't see any info on here I'll probably reach out to the company. I love the mechanism-- it definitely moves as advertised. Kinda bouncy but not in a way that makes you unstable. It just feels more natural.I also went on a flight with it (before installing the battery/light part, but they were in my carry on bag) and had no problems. Well, TSA made me walk around and do some nonsense but nothing with the cane being an issue. TSA just being TSA. Even though I've got that Pre-check thing. But yeah, the cane itself went through fine, I think.And if you didn't get a how-to-travel-disabled handbook (mine got lost in the mail i'm sure) you can request wheelchair assistance which helps take some of the walking out of those big travel days. It was easy enough, though no one helps you put your carryon above the seat unless someone else helps you out (usually I am patient until someone offers or kindly ask for help etc.)

De stok voldeed , alleen kon ik het voetstuk er niet afvijzen om er een andere voet op te zetten voor wanneer je ergens in een bos wenst te wandelen, je zou er verschijdene bijstukken moeten kunnen opzetten zodat je hem ook voor buiten kan gebruiken

Got it as a gift for my Mom who initially hated it but now it has become a super powerful aid to give her security when walking and wobbling. Stable, sturdy and perfect height.

Bought for an elderly relative, she was delighted. The light was very easy to put together and we even had a spare battery set tooo. The direction light is such a great idea and much better than other sticks with lights. The torch is powerful enough to illuminate exactly your walking ars and beyond while not being intrusive.Like the bag so everything can be folded for car or travel use . Thank you
