I contacted Skybound, and the agent informed that all Seasons (1 - 4) as well as Michonne will be included in the package on a physical disc.

What the diffrence between the walking dead telltale collection and this ?

One important factor not stated is this has all the content on Disc whereas the collection requires the content to be downloaded.
