First of all. The product itself is ok. The shampoo is not very good but I like the Conditioner. My main problem is the design. First of all the two bottles look exactly the same so you will get it wrong half of the time. That itself is bad enough but the big horrible problem is that the conditioner is basically a paste so after you use it 3 times it is impossible to take it out of the bottle. It is too dense so it wont go down no matter how hard you hit the bottle and you can't leave the bottle upside down because the lid is kind of rounded. you can press the bottle strongly for a while but after 5 times you will find yourself opening the bottle and putting your little finger inside trying to get some product. REALLY REALLY BAD DESIGN

Sorry, but for me, if I'm spending over 20 quids for shampoo and conditioner, which have little bit over 200 ml, I'm expecting something really good, not product, which making just a bit foam and it's packed in nice bottle. And my facial hairs just standing straight instead of laying and they're totally unmanageable! I've used shampoo and conditioner before, which was over twice cheaper and was much better than this product! Won't buy it anymore.

Amazing product. After the first use you can feel the difference. The scent is lovely but not overpowering. Will be ordering some more after I have used what I have.

Been using this product for nearly a month now. Was okay to start with, but over time has made my beard dry out terribly and has also made the skin around my eye and beard very dry. Wouldnt reccomend in the long run. Buy products from MenRock instead.
