Karlsten Natural Slug & Snail Killer Pellets Ultra Strong 600 G Suitable For Use Around Organic Growing

We had an elusive slug or snail in our flat and all we could find are slime trails. I do prefer to remove them alive however since we could not find it I had no choice but to use pellets.I put some outside under the air vents, which is how I suspect it got in, and some were the slime trails on the carpet was. After a couple of days the slime trails stopped completely, still never found the pest though.I highly recommend this product and it solved my problem with plenty of pellets to use for the next time.

A little water added to this blue mixture bought the genie to life as promised who quickly started a tirade of abuse which quickly demoralise and scared off the slugs. His best lines included:“Your mom looks like a snail”“You couldn’t fight your way out of a lettuce bag”“You look like you’ve gained 20 pounds Karen”That last one was directed towards my Auntie Karen who was rather offended and so I will have to remove one star.

The product works well in that late one evening, I actually watched two slugs eating pellets I had placed in a small newly planted raised bed in which I had previously had lots of slug damage.. Next morning, no signs of either slugs or plant damage.Downside is that the pellets are very small and fiddly to place safely away from vegetable plants. The container has a normal screw lid so I had to decant a few pellets into something more suitable to avoid spreading too many pellets in one place.

I've given this product three stars as I'm unsure how effective they are. The pellets disappear, but there is no sign of deaf slugs and damage to plants continues.

Bought this because slugs are destroying my veg wanted something that would not harm the slow worms I have down there I hope these work

This is really hopeless as slug bait because the local rats eat it all before the slugs can get at it! There is some ingredient in the product that rats seem to love and they don't leave a single pellet uneaten. They even dig through the top layers of compost searching for more pellets!

This product is fantastic wish I had found it in the spring never seen so many dead slugs

Easy to use and all my plants & vegetables were protected from the slimy pests.
