This headset is comfortable, but I seem to get a few people tell me that they can't hear me very well. Now I don't know if it's the headset or them. When my supervisor listens to my calls he said he hears me good. I would like for the headset itself to have a volume dial, but it doesn't.

I wanted a hardwired headset, and bought this one based on the avg customer review. The headset worked straight out of the box, no need for either of the two adapters that come with. The sound quality is startlingly clear, and I absolutely recommend them! One note: the Cisco phone base's default is to mute the headset mic, so in order to be heard you simply have to press the headset button on the phone (it'll light up when the mic is live) to be able to use the headset. Meikajia's customer support responded quickly to explain this.
