Well pleased.
This unit runs very quite. I bought this unit to replace one that was twice its size. This unit produces 120 pounds in 24 hours. I placed this unit in our break room. We have 25 employees per shift. We have not ran low of ice. Well pleased.

DOES NOT LAST FOR THE PRICE
this machine worked for the first couple of weeks with no problems then i got an error code of "E4" and it never worked again...i would not ever again purchase this product or any products from this manufacturer as they do not provide any kind of customer service or help.

Took quite awhile for it to make ice without freezing up. It all had to do with the ice thickness and getting that adjustment just right.

Faulty ice machine
Received item on Thursday may 4th and when we opened the box the ice machine was dented on the back corners on both sides. When we hooked it up per package instructions it keeps throwing an e4 code. Does not work!!!!! Can't find any technical support

Not too happy.
Very small..not what I expected. In my eyes, too expensive for the item. I will need to purchase another. Perfect for very small usage.

Works fantastic. I have had this ice maker about a year now..it is still working fantastic. I would recommend this ice maker to everyone looking for a home ice maker. Make sure you clean it every couple of months. I never turn mine off. Have a great day everyone 😸

BEWARE "One Big Outlet"
NEW machine purchased from "One Big Outlet", does not make ice but will dispense plenty of water. "One Big Outlet" does not say n Amazon that they only give a 6 month warranty. They also do nit have any way for customer to call manufacturer of products they sell.Have contacted Della only by email with no response for 2 months and IMPOSSIBLE to contact "One Big Outlet by phone or email.ADVISE DO NOT BUY FROM "One Big Outlet" or Della products.We are now out 900$.We learned our lesson the hard way
