When you mix it with water it's supposed to heat up and become cream-like. It didn't for me. Im thinking some of the products shipped are expired. Save ur money

I'm not sure if I like the results or not. I badly damaged my hair with a keratin "treatment" over two years ago, and my hair is still completely ruined. I've tried everything and decided to give this a try. After I rinsed my hair to get any products out, I mixed the solution with the water. I ended up splashing the cream all over myself and had to add another ampule so I had enough product to cover my hair. I loved the way my hair felt with the product in, but I still had some tangles I couldn't get out. I ended up leaving the product in for more than 3 seconds, but the page on amazon says to leave on as long as needed. How do I know how long I should leave it on? After a few minutes I rinsed the product out in warm water. After I rinsed, I thought my hair felt stiffer than it did before.My hair is really puffy since using the product, much puffier than before. But, since my hair has dried, I have been able to get the tangles out and my hair feels stronger and softer than before. I have a strong feeling that using this will make my hair stronger and repair, but it's not the miracle worker that I was hoping for. I think that over time, I will be able to use this as part of my routine and I will get my strong hair back, but I'm going to have to do something to counteract the puffiness. At this point, I'm 50/50 on the results but I will try this product again.Update: First, as soon as my husband came home, the first thing out of his mouth was, "Wow, your hair smells good." The only product in my hair at that time was the CP-1 and I had already rinsed it out at that point. I'm very happy with that. Also, a few days after I used this the first time, I did a deep conditioning with hair cholesterol. My hair came out so nice and it is so much stronger now. I am very happy. I ordered another four ampules and they arrived today, but all of the ampules had fallen out of the plastic container and some product had spilled into the bag it was shipped in. It wasn't very much, so it'll be okay, but I think I'll skip the ampules next time and just get the bigger bottle.

I’ve tried this 2 times now. Each time is a different result-not all that awesome. My hair is fine in texture, wavy, and medium in thickness. The first time was a mess-very frizzy, did nothing to make it feel or look great. The next time, this week in fact, was still frizzy. No humidity and I used my favorite dryer. I use 2teaspoons in a tiny bowl plus equal amount of water. Mixed it up. I’m just not happy with this.

I love this! Added softness, and life back into my stressed out strands. My hair is naturally black and I'm always highlighting it at least every other month. I use this once a week and it has made my hair so much more vibrant & healthier!

It does what your average hair mask would do. I used it with an infrared cold hair iron, and then my hair looked a bit better, straighter and all that, but without that cold iron it's just soft hair and that's it. I just don't have enough patience to use it with the cold iron every time. Also, my hair is fine and brittle, the type that's kind of wavy but at the same time kind of straight and hard to make look good. But yeah, it's an ok product, I just expected something real from it.
