Best in class performance
It's a portable SSD and if you are planning to buy one, you definitely know what are you planning to do with it.If you have a gaming laptop, this will definitely come in handy. I play R6 Siege and RD2 directly from the drive. You can definitely install apps like Photoshop and others which you occasionally use. If you are purchasing it just for the extra storage purpose, I would highly recommend going for the HDD version of WD portable drives.Lastly, WD support is one of the best out there. So if your drive dies on you, the replacement process will be a piece of cake.

FAKE
I got this back in April and just realised now that is a fake, a copy of the original. I only just noticed because I wasn't able to put more than 256GB, however, I purchased the 2TB one and it indeed says 2TB on the item. I tried sorting it out thinking it was a formatting issue, then I went to check the serial number, it didn't match any of WD's records. I tried with several other OS's and computers (I'm on mac) and all of them say 256gb even in the name of the decide. It has only a 256GB capacity when I paid over 1,600 aed for 2TB of storage

Poor quality product from Sandisk
The WDBKVX series of Western digital drives was manufactured by Sandisk and covered by limited Sandisk warranty. The disk was ok at the start but after two years of moderate usage degraded to unusable. The warranty does not include data recovery/protection - so once the disk is died you data dies too. Sandisk's support was pollite but uselss. I decided never buy SSD drives from Sandisk/WD.

Performance is good, on par with a good SSD, not quite on par with internal NVME performance levels, but very usable as a quick external drive.

Super Festplatte
Die Festplatte ist schön klein ich nutze Sie als DJ um meine Musik darauf zu speichern da nicht jedes Gerät Strom liefert für eine alte HDD. Dieses kleine Ding ist super schnell und hat genügend Speicher meiner Meinung passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisse absolut. Würde es immer wieder kaufen.
