Product is Good worth the price.
Superb product and superb quality. Especially the built quality of the accessories is damn good.Perfect solution for the sound recording like podcast vlogging VoiceOver and for classes as well. And it’s compatible with the all SOUND cards.

TONOR - no warranty in India
TONOR TC20 was delivered to me with Microphone showing small dents, and more importantly the after-sales card (warranty) was missing from the kit.Since there was another customer who did not get the warranty card, I decided to enquire.For this, I contacted Amazon India. Customer service assured me of one year warranty.Visit to TONOR website did not show any way to register my product with TONOR. That means that there's no way for company to recognise my product/ support request. And so, I connected with TONOR executives via-email.Notable points:1) TONOR sells its Microphones on dedicated on Amazon US, UK, Germany, Italy, France, Spain & Netherlands branches. Amazon India is not that select list.2) TONOR sells its product "directly" to customers. On Amazon India Cambium Retail is the 3rd party seller - that has imported its products, and is selling on Amazon platform.Nutshell/ TLDR: I was told explicitly that the warranty would not be extended to Amazon India customers since we've bought its products through a 3rd party (in my case, Cambium Retail). Doesn't matter if we got enticed by the 1-year warranty statement on Amazon India.Request to Amazon: Amazon India can perhaps chip in here and get this warranty issue sorted with TONOR, to help its Indian customers. Cambium too would then not have to quietly remove the warranty card in the delivered kits.*a) Buyers may visit to validate above information.b) I've already forwarded email responses from TONOR to Amazon India

Tampered Package
The Box with which this product came is an already tampered box. There is no instruction manual or warranty card with this Product. A Genuine Product should have these documents. The Components of the mic are not in it's correct position inside that box as it supposed to be.This is not happening just once, previously when I've ordered a wireless microphone, then also the same happened. Some cheap mic came instead of Branded one that I've ordered.
