ICHIKAMI Smooth and Sleek Shampoo and Conditioner Set (480ml)

Unfortunately made my scalp itchy and gave me flaky dandruff flakes it turned my scalp so bad. now i need a detox shampoo because of this

my hair type: 2a low porosity hair, not dyed, fine texture but tends to frizz I've been using this shampoo and conditioner combo for months now and I LOVE it. They're both officially going on my holy grail list!!!! The smooth and sleek shampoo & conditioner + jojoba oil before every shower have turned my hair from a frizzy pouf to well behaved, lightly wavy, and above all NOT FRIZZY hair that has even started getting me compliments. Dude I NEVER got compliments on my hair and now I do!!! And it feels soft now! I can't stop touching my hair and I think I jumped up and down the first time I saw the top layer of my hair (major frizz culprit) finally lay flat. THE SHAMPOO: Seriously, my roots have never been shinier. I found it's best for me to wash my hair every other day. Longer than that and my hair gets greasy again. (vs the oaui detox cleanser where I can go two days in between shampooing) THE CONDITIONER: I think this does the most for taming frizz. I use it with the tsubaki gold hair mask every shower, but honestly think this conditioner does more for me than the mask. SMOOTH AND SLEEK LINE: The peach scent is fresh but light. The bottles are huge and you only need one pump of each. This is seriously such a good deal and definitely worth a try if you have frizzy hair!!

This shampoo makes my hair very soft, smooth, and easy to manage. The scent is really nice and not overpowering, and it leaves my hair feeling clean without dryness. However, I think it works best for straight hair. On curly hair, it doesn’t define curls and can make them feel flat. If you have straight or slightly wavy hair, this shampoo is great, but it may not be the best choice for curly hair types.

I am one of those folks that doesnt like to spend a lot of money on shampoo and "The drug store brands work just as well..." Was using Aussie Moist shampoo and conditioner, cheap, gets the job done, and seemed to do an ok enough job. But I read about the bad chemicals this brand has so I looked for something else and decided to try Asian hair care, through reading of others experiences online. I have fine, caucasion, mature hair. Using the Ichikami products in the shower, didn't seem like anything super special, smelled nice and seemed to clean better. Looked in the mirror and my hair wasn't a gnarled hot mess like it usually was with the Aussie. Blow drying, it was not as frizzed and tangled and dried soft with lots more body, smelled nice and did not have to use a leave in conditioner. My hair feels like I just stepped out of the salon. Absolutely love these products after the first try and love that the price is reasonable. My new shampoo!
