If your looking to buy a new Iron,!
This iron is a very efficient and nice-looking one. It is easy to use, steams well, and removes wrinkles with just one pass. To me, it was well worth the price too!

Beautiful
Iron is beautiful in person. The presentation it arrives in is so nicely done. The iron feels nice in your hands. Not to heavy. The controls are at the tip of your fingers. Iron moves nicely along the clothes. I didn't pay attention tho the fact you have to hold the steam button down while ironing but that's ok.

Water leaks
The media could not be loaded. So I bought this beautiful iron back in March when it arrived everything looked fine but when I used for the first time I notice a water leak at the bottom of it. But I thought it might be because it was the first time using it but unfortunately that was not it. This is the second time I’m using it and still the same water leaks and it’s indeed broken from the bottom of the plate and I’m so disappointed because it’s so beautiful but it wets all the clothing and the waters spills everywhere when I’m not using it. I honestly hate giving bad reviews but I think is not worth the price for something that is beautiful but it doesn’t work how it’s supposed to.

Steamer no longer works
The media could not be loaded. The steamer no longer works. I bought in January and 7 months later it stopped working. It sucks I can longer return it. I'm still using the sprayer feature to get the wrinkles out but I miss the steam.

Iron is leaking.
I purchased this in March 2021 and it’s not even a year old and it’s already leaking. I’m confused as to what the issue could be and I feel as if it isn’t worth the money.

Electrolux, do it better
Let me start with the following - when you chose Electrolux - you expect high quality, design, decent materials, reliability and usability. Electrolux is just like Volvo in the car world - not top luxury yet, but very decent and intelligent. Respectful choice for sure. But something went wrong with the iron - I couldn’t believe it’s Electrolux once opened the box. Scratches like it was used and cheap plastic on the central part of the iron - even some $30 models have better appearance. While ironing I permanently push mode switcher and have to check it often - it’s an ergonomic issue.Pros: it steams great, has long cord, roomy water section, no leakages yet, nice color combination (rose gold and black look gorgeous).Cons: cheap plastic, scratches even on a new item, ergonomic issues.Summary:Big fan of Electrolux here, we have a few home appliances but will be more careful with my choose next time. We decided to keep it and not return since overall is a good stuff. The only concern is the iron doesn’t match brand standards. Electrolux, do it better.

Absolutely love it!
I could not be more impressed with iron made by the vacuum cleaning company my parents used. It heats up fast, produces real steam and smooths wrinkles with ease. Very satisfied with this product.

Easy to use, great design, gets the job done
Water tank in the iron is sufficient for ironing entire load of laundry; I only filled it up once and that was plenty. You have to hold the steam release button on the inside of the handle continuously, as the iron plate doesn't release much steam by itself.

Electrolux quality has gone down
I'm a sewist and have my iron and ironing board out all the time. My last iron gave up after only 3 years so I decided to spend more money and buy a good replacement. When I opened the box, the water tank cover was already broken off. As others have mentioned, it's impossible to see the water level, the button to show fabric types is in such a position that you hit it while ironing, thus changing the setting, it's frustrating to have to press a button while you are using the iron in order for it to steam and the groaning sound while doing it is annoying. I can do without all these hassles, so unfortunately, it has to go back. I'll shop for one at the Bay where I can see the features and how they work. If Electrolux put as much effort into designing an iron as they did in designing the box for it, it would be a much better product.

Sent me a USED item…
This item looks as if it had been used. It’s scratched all over. The heat indicator was falling out of the iron itself. This was a let down.
