I'm confused, the description says tear free but the bottle says avoid eyes and says nothing about being tear free, is this tear free or not????

I think it’s tear free but they say avoid eye contact for legal liability purposes. This has gotten into my kids eyes (bubbles that is) and it was no biggie. Hope this helps
