Q: Does anyone use this to apply to the face before make up? I was told to use this as its silicone and will create a dewy look. Thanks

If you try this, make sure you use silicone foundation. I personally can't use silicone products and look good. They don't mix well with my skin

Q: what are the ingredients

I have no idea as on my bottle I have rubbed it off. All I can tell you for sure is that it works and I have had no problem with my airbrush with clogs. I will tell you you should use it each time, it only takes a few drops. I am sorry I could help with the ingredients, but I hope the other info has been helpful.
