It helped in many way with other issues I had, but not the outside in swing. Being over 60 I just could not get my trailing elbow to stay tight to my body. This arm band kept my swing path in check. I practice swinging my club every day for a week with the arm band. I feel this has given me the feedback I needed to correct my issue. A cheap price to pay to improve my game.
