Nice light
700+ miles and no issues. I had to cut the light bucket to fit this one in place of the halogen because or the heat sink on the back but other than that it was plug and play

Great light for the money (please read)
For the money this light is very good. The trim ring is rather bulky but the retaining ring in my fairing fit over it with some light massaging. The low beam pattern isn't ideal, it's bright in the foreground and tapers off to dim as the light approaches the cutoff point. The light color is definitely on the white to white-blue side.To remidy the beam pattern I've just aimed the light up a tad higher than I normally would (sorry oncoming traffic)The high beam pattern is very narrow but has a pretty good throw to it. It will illumintae a 2 lane road for ~250 yards. Light color is white to yellow-whiteI typically ride with a light smoked shield on my helmet as it does good for day and night. This light absolutely gets the job done, especially with a clear shield. The low beam pattern is my only real gripe but I will likely compliment this light with some auxiliary lights in the future.

An upgrade from stock, but the beam is a bit odd.
My application is a 1978 Yamaha XS750sI like the light, and it's substantially brighter than the old halogen I took off. The installation was easy, and it fight in my factory headlight housing without any modifications. That said, the beam patter is a bit strange. You can see in the pictures, the light throw is somewhat segmented on the low beam, presumably from the individual LED segments. Not that big of a deal, but it wouldn't be my first choice. Also, the high beam is basically just a focused spotlight. It does illuminate well directly in front of you, but the spread isn't great. In summary, I feel like it's certainly worth the money, and a nice upgrade from what I had, but it could use a few small improvements.

its ok
not a bad headlight but having them be daytime lights and turn signal lights when the light face up and down for the angle eyes which is how I see everyone installing the headlight so are you suppose to turn it then? or having a turn signal hook up was just something to do with the extra wire lol dumb I had to buy adapter kit because it did not fit in my factory headlight mounting plate grrrr !!!! go figure
