This precut kinesiology tape application is designed to relieve pain and inflammation from injuries to the calf or achilles tendon. It can provide relief for conditions such as achilles tendinitis, strained calf muscles or calf spasms. The elasticity of the tape allows it to provide support and pain relief without restricting range of motion. This allows those with calf or achilles tendon injuries to continue their activities and/or participate in rehabilitation exercises as they heal.

Cost of $5.00 each is not justified.
I bought two packs just hoping these would help. Paying $25 for a set of 5 is ridiculous! First, they should supply one "extra" one so a person can learn how bad it is to unpeel the tape from the paper. the perforations do NOT work well, and in trying to "tear' the corners away for each "section" (1-5) the tape becomes tangled up. This is die-cut product that probably costs 50-cents each to make and in no way should cost the consumer $5.00 each! I ruined two just trying to use it, the third one made little difference in relief of pain and provided no measurable comfort. Not worth the money. going to ask to return unopened pack for credit. (i usually don't bother to write bad reviews, but made an exception in this case. )

Really love this knee brace
Fantastic relief! I'm waiting till retirement (< 1year)--for knee replacement. This is very helpful support for my bad knee! You wouldn't think it works, but it does. Lasts 3-5 days even showering, swimming, etc.

Fit and pain releive
Helped a bit but tapes are too long for me. Will be trying again y reducing them
