Q: How do you stretch the net so it stays tight? It seems to be sagging.

Hi! There are hooks at the top of the poles that you can hook into the net grommets that will prevent sagging. However if you're already using the hooks and the net is still sagging, please reach out to us so we can send you a replacement net for free. Q: Can this net be used over a swimming pool as a volleyball net?

It's light weight,if it was to be hit buy the ball it would fall over.

Q: For volleyball, does this raise to 7 feet?

No it does not I think 5 feet is the max

Q: Is the horizontal metal bar at the bottom supposed to sag in the middle and touch the ground?

It's not a defect, if that's what you're asking-- it is supposed to be bowed. This can be a problem if you're using the net on a convex surface (like perpendicular to a road), as it can get high-centered.
