Can it be used on dry hair also?

I’ve found it made my hair crunchy when I tried applying it dry. It’s best on damp hair out of the shower. And even if you spritz a little water on your dry hair, it’ll work better than applying to totally dry hair.

Does this product protect hair against UV rays?

I don't think so. There are other products for that. My hair tangles very easily so this product works fantastic. I wear a hat if I'm going to be out in the sun.

Does this product leave your hair crunchy or stiff? I am looking for a treatment that will leve my hair super soft, shiny, and manageable.

No, it will leave your hair soft, tangle free and tames is down if you have friz. It smells nice but not too strong. It's basically a leave in light conditioner. I have fine, thick hair that tangles and dreadlocks in seconds. I use this every time I brush it and it prevents my hair breaking while being brushed.
