PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS SHOE
Please do not buy this shoe. I had Brooks sneakers before and loved them. They were high quality and comfortable. This pair was worse than Payless sneakers. (I also watched a video on how to spot fake Brooks and these had a lot of the same errors). Biggest waste of money and they won't allow me to return.

Lightweight
Usually I absolutely adore Brooks running shoes but these were a bit unexpected. They feel a bit flimsy. I don't find them as supportive for running but they're good for walking. I did decide to keep them but I can't say I recommend them.

First time disappointed with Brooks shoes ever.
I have only worn Brooks shoes for over 10 years. This is the first time I’ve had trouble with a pair. I’m a nurse and on my feet all day as well as workout in them. With this pair, after only a month of wearing, I started to notice the material breaking down around the back of my ankle and the ties. I have included two photos; one when I first noticed the breakdown and one from this past week. I have not owned these shoes 3 months yet and already they are too uncomfortable to wear anymore. Usually the inserts breakdown long before the shoes structure and material so I am surprised by this pair to say the least. I’m even that person who unties before taking my shoes off. Initially I would have rated this shoe 5 stars on comfort and 5 stars for value. But less than 3 months worth of wearing, the pair gets 1-2 stars max.

Not What I Expected
Cool color scheme but quality of sneaker was disappointing. Laces were made out of very cheap material as well. Returned for different style.

Quality is declining
It's been a while since I've worn Brooks, but I tried these in a pinch when I couldn't find my size in my usual brand. I don't remember having a problem with Brooks before, but I was really disappointed by the quality of the materials or the cushioning in these shoes. They don't feel like true running shoes. More like cheapo "athletic" shoes you'd find at a TJ Max or something. I hoped they might conform a little better to my feet with more use, but no such luck. Based on this experience, it's well worth it to shell out the extra money for a company like Hoka or Mizuno that understands how to make runners' feet happy.

Very stiff around the ankle/heel
Currently running 10-12 miles/week in Brooks Launch 6. Before that I had Defyance 9 and before that Ghost (can’t remember the generation). All 3 of those were very comfortable and didn’t even need breaking in. (I do have a neutral foot and don’t need much support.) The minute I tried on the Launch 7 I could feel where the blisters would form. I wore them around the house for the afternoon, but there is a stiff ridge all around the top of the heel/bottom of the ankle that is going to result in blisters for sure. These are going back tomorrow.

They've changed the width and now they're too wide
The Launch 5 was awesome, I have several pair! It fit like a glove, slightly snug in the width, but after a 3 mile walk, completely conformed to my feet! But now they make them soooo wide, its like I bought a wide. I've tried the launch 6 and 7...im so disappointed. Also, c'mon with the fun Neon colors already! I hate boring ruining shoes!

Great replacement for my Launch 5s
I purchased these because my Launch 5 literally fell apart. I didn’t want to put in a bunch of research to find a comparable pair, so I trusted that the latest Launch series would do the trick.Sizing was almost identical and the shoe is a great transition from my old pair. I do prefer my Launch 5s but TBF those were also broken/worn in. I fully expect these to wear well too. Overall, these are fairly normal running shoes (in terms of arch support, cushion, etc.), and are very comfortable for nursing my chronic shin splints. As far as my self analysis tells me, I have normal arches and do not have wide/narrow feet.

Schön, leicht, gut gedämpft, größengerecht!
Traumhafter Laufschuh!
